NLP Practitioner Training

What you should expect from an NLP Practitioner course

NLP is the key to the puzzle NLP Practitioner Training forms the foundation for putting NLP tools into practise.

It is the key to unlocking the mystery of your unconscious mind.

Whilst the Diploma will introduce many of the main concepts, the practitioner course enables you to start becoming an expert.
At the end of an NLP Practitioner Training you should feel confident using your NLP skills for informal coaching of friends or colleagues. However, it doesn't really qualify you to become a professional coach. For that, you should consider a Master Practitioner course or do a bespoke coach training course.

This course usually lasts several weeks, or is split over weekends for a few months. It is an in-depth course that requires you to develop an understanding of the principles underpinning NLP, as well as learning the techniques that it teaches.

We recommend splitting the course over several months, if possible.

Why?

Because it takes time for your mind to process, understand and integrate what you're learning. If you allow space between each 3-4 day module, it gives you time to practise and really absorb the techniques. If you do a "crash course" all in one go, you can leave it feel mentally exhausted and not remembering much of what you were taught.

Of course, there are some good crash courses out there, too. Only you can decide which option would suit you best.

At the end of a practitioner course, you should:

  • be able to build deep rapport with people, using a wide range of techniques

  • be comfortable using a wide range of language structures, to make it easy for people to understand your message

  • manage your emotional and mental state, even in stressful situations

  • be able to analyse your desired outcome and remove any blocks to progress

  • be able to elicit someone else's strategy for excellent performance and apply this to yourself

  • be able to deal with limiting beliefs (yours or those of others), to help progress towards an outcome

  • understand and be able to apply some of the therapeutic applications of NLP
