Privacy Policy

We will never sell or give away your contact details. That is a promise.
If at any stage you decide you don’t want any further information from us, please just let us know and we will remove you from our mailing list; no questions asked.
All data is held securely, in line with the Data Protection Act 1998.
We collect this information because we would like to update you with the latest training & coaching news, inform you about new products or ask your opinion.
At certain points throughout the site, we use cookies. We do this to prevent you having to re-enter data (such as e-mail address) that you have already supplied. We find this reduces irritation. The site still functions correctly, even if you turn off cookies on your browser.

Training Terms & Conditions - Open Courses

At Pink Grapefruit, our primary aim is to be flexible in our approach, to allow us to develop the best possible training & coaching for your needs. To help this process run smoothly, we share our Code of Practice with all our clients.

Code of Conduct

We subscribe to the Code Of Conduct for INLPTA, the International Neuro-Linguistic Programming Trainers’ Association. A copy of the code is available upon request or can be found at www.INLPTA.co.uk

Reference Materials

Each seminar participant receives a workbook and reference materials to aid learning, integration and retention. These allow the participants to follow the programme and continue their learning afterwards.

All materials are copyright of The Pink Grapefruit Company Limited and may only be reproduced with express permission.

Invoicing

Course fees must be paid in full before the start of the course.

Cancellation

In the unfortunate event of cancellation by the client, we reserve the right to charge according to the following guidelines:

Cancellation

Course Fees	More than 6 weeks beforehand	No charge
	4-6 weeks beforehand	50% payable
	Less than 4 weeks beforehand	100% payable
